Shipping information

We ship your parcels from Monday to Friday with our shipping providers DHL, DHL Express, Hermes and UPS. The shipping costs are charged to the customer. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays, no packages will be delivered. 

You have the possibility to have your parcel sent to an alternative delivery address, a DHL Packstation or to a DHL branch. For deliveries to a Packstation, you can register online at www.dhl.de and after having received your PIN, you can pick up your parcels from a Packstation around the clock.

We do not offer the possibility of sample deliveries.

We only offer an exchange on items of Trachten sets. Further information to be found in return/exchange.

For all exports, the customer bears the expenses for shipping and transport, as well as custom duties.

Information about the processing of your order(s)

If you place your order before 13:00 (Monday to Friday) and pay via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Instant Bank Transfer, cash on delivery, credit card or Billpay´s purchase on account, direct debit or PayLater, your order will be shipped on the same day (provided that all ordered items are on stock).

If you place your order before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) with 24 hour delivery and pay via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Instant Bank Transfer, cash on delivery, credit card or Billpay´s purchase on account, direct debit or PayLater, your order will be shipped on the same day and will be delivered by DHL Express to you on the following working day (see chart), provided that all ordered items are on stock.

You will be informed immediately if ordered items are not available on stock. Partial deliveries are of course possible. The withdrawal period of 30 days shall start from the day on which you or a third party - other than the carrier - indicated by you, takes possession of the final partial delivery or the last unit of the goods ordered.

Information on delivery times

Information about delivery times are to be found on the detail page of each item. If you purchase several articles with different delivery times, the general delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

Please also note:

• The delivery period starts with the order confirmation, which will be sent to you after you have placed your order by clicking on 'BUY NOW'. 

• From point 1 exempted have to be orders placed with payment methods 'payment in advance' or 'Barzahlen.de'. In those cases, the stated delivery period starts with the receipt of your payment on our bank account. 

• From point 1 exempted have to be orders, which are placed Fridays after business hours (from 17:00) until including Sundays 24:00. In those cases, the stated delivery period starts on the following Monday. 

• Orders placed on public holidays in Bavaria: For orders which are placed a day before a public holiday but after business hours (from 17:00) or on the following public holiday(s), the delivery period starts on the first working day after the public holiday(s). 
  
  

Should there be deviations from the stated delivery periods, you will be informed immediately. We reserve the right to carry out partial deliveries, provided that this appears advantageous for a quick processing and reasonable for the customer.
